Application Procedure

Serbest bölgede faaliyette bulunmanın aşağıdaki firmalar için daha avantajlı olduğu söylenebilir.

To operate in the free zones operation license must be received from the Free Zones General Directorate.
To receive operation license operation license application form to be obtained from the General Directorate, the Free Zone Directorate or Establisher-Operator Company must be filled in 3 copies and sent to the Free Zone Directorate together with attachments below.
Applicant and introductory information regarding operations to be carried out in the free zone.
Original bank receipt showing 5.000 USD, cost of operation license has been transferred to the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.
The company that is to receive operation license can apply to the Free Zone General Directorate, to establish a new company, having issued the company’s main contract in three copies along with the other documents and with a petition without applying to the Trade Registry Office.

(In case company executive is willing he can open free zone branch of the company in his country).
