How to Obtain an Operating License?
It can be said that operating in the free zone is more advantageous for the following companies.
- In order to operate in Free Zones, an operating license must be obtained from the General Directorate of Free Zones.
- In order to obtain an Operating License, the Operating License Application Form to be obtained from the General Directorate, Free Zone Directorate or the Founder-Operating Company must be filled in 3 copies and sent to the Free Zone Directorate with the following attachments.
- Introductory information about the applicant and the activity to be carried out in the Free Zone,
- The original bank receipt showing that the Operating License fee of $5,000 has been deposited with the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey is required.
- In order to establish a new company, the company that will receive the Operating License must apply to the General Directorate of Free Zones in 3 copies, together with the other documents, together with the other documents, before preparing the company's articles of association and applying to the Trade Registry Office.
(If the company wishes, it can also open the Free Zone branch of its domestic company).
